Group sleep support (Rates vary)

Liza offers small group sessions to discuss the challenges of newborn, infant, and toddler sleep as well as answer questions.

Options include:

  • Individualized workshop: A small group session tailored to a group’s particular sleep interests, needs, and concerns

  • Group Support Q&A: Organized in a question-and-answer format, this style of group session is designed to answer questions and troubleshoot sleep challenges for parents of similar-aged children (0-3 months; 4-6 months; 7-12 months; 13-18 months; preschool-aged)

  • Make Your Own: Put together your own group of tired parents and caregivers and let Liza know what information would help best support you and your children

  • In-home Services: A hands-on experience where Liza walks you through your chosen sleep training method and helps guide the implementation process in person during nights 1 and/or 2 of the process. Great for parents in the NYC, Westchester, CT, and Northern New Jersey areas looking for in-home support.
